COVID RELIEF DONE IN 2019 & 2020

Remote Villages in T.V Malai Dt

5th April 2020.

People who were working in the scheme of 100 day work ,lost the job during Lockdown Period.

This was the only means by which they could survive.

These people were not cared by anyone. No voluntary service took notice of them.

IVCM attended their needs by suppying provisions to 150 families in about 5 villages.

COVID- Relief @ THOMUR

14 th April 2020

IVCM tried to relieve the poeple in the remote villages in Chinglepet Dt.who are in starvation due to Lockdown announced because of COVID-19.

About 125 families were helped with provisions for 15 days.

At Tomur it was distributed for Ramanjerri people also.

Gospel In Action

Even so Gospel, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

IVCM presented a tricycle to Mr. Babu who lost his mobility in an operation and also gave him the Gospel to build up his faith.

RELIEF PROGRAMMES

IVCM has always been a helping hand to people at times of any natural calamities like flood cyclone, fire & tsunami. It primarily focuses on informing community members about their rights. It runs varieties of programmes such as Street Children Club, Women Empowerment and also against Injustice to older people & Domestic violence. It aims to help sex workers to change profession. It is always ready to relieve people from any disaster. Our immunization programmes against threatening contagious diseases is note worthy.

EYE CAMPS

IVCM conducts eye camps for the poor people and mobilizes the agencies to supply free spectacles and also conduct free cataract surgeries. So far about 500 people have been benefited.
